|Job Description Summary||
This position supports the needs of the Michigan Tech Testing Center.
|Essential Duties & Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)||
1. Effectively communicate with students and instructors regarding testing expectations and schedules in person, by phone and by e-mail.
|Required Education (minimum requirements)||
• High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired.
|Required Experience (minimum requirements)||
• 1 year experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Mail, Google Docs, and Windows-based computers.
|Desirable Education and/or Experience||
• 1 year of college.
|Required Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities (minimum requirements)||
• Demonstrated ability to independently organize, prioritize, and complete multiple work assignments in a fast-paced work environment with frequent interruptions.
|Desirable Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities||
• Familiarity with FERPA, the ADA, and other policies regarding accommodated testing.
|Language, Mathematical, and/or Reasoning Skills||
