|Essential Duties & Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)||
Develop and teach undergraduate classes and laboratories.
Create innovative instructional materials and laboratory experiences.
Participate in program assessment activity related to accreditation.
Perform student advising and other departmental service.
Apply safety-related knowledge, skills, and practices to everyday work.
Commit to learning about continuous improvement strategies and applying them to everyday work.
|Required Education (minimum requirements)||
Master’s degree in electrical, computer, or a closely-related engineering or engineering technology field from an accredited institution.
|Required Experience (minimum requirements)||
Evidence of effective teaching.
Motivation to develop partnerships with industry.
Evidence of three years of relevant industrial experience.
Demonstrate technical expertise to teach fundamental courses such as digital electronics, communications, electrical machinery, electronics, and circuits.
Capable of teaching a variety electrical engineering technology courses in the areas of controls, computer architecture, embedded systems, instrumentation, LabVIEW, PLC, and industrial automation.

Evidence of strong oral and written communication, computer, and presentation skills.
