|Job Description Summary||
The Enterprise Program Coordinator provides day-to-day program coordination and support for Michigan Tech’s Enterprise Program in three main areas: program sponsorship and fundraising, industry/alumni engagement, and program/curriculum. Essential duties and responsibilities are outlined below.

|Required Education (minimum requirements)||
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, engineering, marketing, or technology discipline.
|Required Experience (minimum requirements)||
• Minimum two years of experience working in an academic or business/corporate setting.
|Desirable Education and/or Experience||
• Experience interacting with external audiences/clients.
|Required Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities (minimum requirements)||
● Effective oral communication; ability to communicate program benefits and value to external stakeholders via phone/teleconference, presentations.
|Desirable Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities||
• Experience with a CRM software such as SalesForce
|Language, Mathematical, and/or Reasoning Skills|
|Work Environment and/or Physical Demands||
The primary work environment is an office environment. Occasionally the Enterprise Program Coordinator may need to meet with students, advisors, and/or industry sponsors in campus lab/shop environments. The physical demands are representative of an office environment.
